Coherent Heavy laser diode or crystal mount w/tec water cooled big thermal mass

Description

This is an odd one. Heavy (almost 5 pounds) aluminum and copper thermal mass.
Looks like this was probably used as a crystal mount or possibly a laser diode mount.
The Thermal Electric Cooler is 40x40mm. There is a 10K thermistor. The two mounting holes are 13mm apart.
The top assembly pivots 2 directions. A few degrees with the left to right adjustment as well as a few degrees with the gimbal.
The water cooled aluminum block is 121mm long, 103mm tall and 44mm thick.
I combine ship to keep costs down.
