    Description

    Rare to find a THG (Third Harmonic Generation) LBO crystal with hardly any burns on it.  Crystal is 4.0mm tall, 3.5mm wide, and about an inch long.
    This one has 4 burns that for some reason are spread out more than usual. This one should be able to take 80-100 or so burns.
    The tiny burns are normal for this type of crystal and these are designed to be "shifted" to a clean spot on the crystal every 100 hours or so. This is done by moving the crystal oven less than 1/10mm in the desired direction eventually covering the whole crystal face in a dot matrix pattern.     Comes in the oven shown. Oven has two cylinder heaters and 10K thermistor. Heaters are typically run in series.
