    Description

    Here is a ready to use single frequency lab ready tested Sapphire 488-75 system. This was a fun laser build based on a 200 mW Sapphire HP head box/cooling plate. Perfect for Holography! Here are the key features:
    *Laser head runs at 1.62 Amps diode current for 75 mW output. The Diode Current Reserve is 2.55 Amps.  So 64% maximum diode current for 100% output. healthy.  USB controller built in-easy
    Coherent
    software control if desired. Power switch cable on rear. Ready to go!
    *Laser head has 8021 total hours total use almost certainly mostly on standby with diode off. This is common for OEM machine use. Low duty cycle.
    *Laser head runs pure single frequency (after warmup/ reset) for the lowest optical noise and long coherence length! No Fan! No Vibration! Massive super flat large area heat sink keeps the laser cool. Requires only a 10 minute warmup and reset for SLM output. See photos!
    *The whole laser is in the "blue box". The DC power switch is on the New 12V DC module included. Very convenient package. Plug and lase!
    *Laser jock tested single frequency on a scanning laser spectrum analyzer.  Power meter is NOT included, just the laser system ready to use out of the box.
