    Description

Vintage 4x6 Contintental chrome view of Blarney Castle, Ireland, from the river.
Photo by Peter O'Toole for John Hinde Studios.
Yellow title reads, "Blarney Castle, Ireland".
Back caption reads, "Situated 7km from Cork City, the Castle is famous for its Stone, which has the
traditional power of conferring eloquence on all who kiss it. The word 'Blarney' has found its way into
the English language and has been described as pleasant talk, intended to deceive without
offending. The famous Stone is set in the wall below the battlements, and to kiss it, one has to lean
backwards (grasping an iron railing) from the parapet walk."
Published by John Hinde Ltd., Cabineteely.
    Split back, unused.
Good condition with some edge and corner wear. See photos.
Ships securely in a protective plastic holder.
