    Nice 3/4'" square Dielectric laser mirrors made by IOS Optics, a supplier for major brands such as Continuum, Melles Griot etc. .
    These were made for Laserscope part # 0106-7760 "green beam partial"

    Looks about 50/50 with 488nm, 532nm, 635nm and about 55/45 @ 450nm
