Rare Vintage Blenko (???) Head Vase

This is a rare head vase possibly made by Blenko.  It is in the classic Blenko turquoise color and is in excellent condition.   I am advised by an eBay viewer that this may not be Blenko but rather a Italian piece.  As stated below, this is from my mother's estate and I am not an expert on glass.    The color and style look just like Blenko, but I do not wish to mislead any potential buyers so I have modified this listing.  It is still a really super piece.  There is minor wear to the bottom that can be seen in one photo, but nothing serious.  No chips, cracks or dings.  It was part of my late mother's collection, most of which she bought new and treasured during her long and happy life.  This beauty measures 7" high and 6" in diameter.  I will be happy to answer any questions and provide additional photos upon request.
