This appears to be a discontinued component set. Never used. One of two purchased. The other one was tested in a prototype. This was a spare.
No documentation is included. TPL is still in business and has contact information on their site. Original price about 00.

We know how to keep packing and shipping costs to as low an outrageous price as might be possible in today's insane economic climate.
